High Cliff Homes is a construction and development company based in the Lower Mainland. We work directly with homeowners and property owners who want a single point of contact for their project, from the first permit application through to final occupancy.

We run every project on a cost plus basis. You see exactly what things cost, and we manage the accounting and paperwork so you are not left chasing invoices or reconciling contractor bills on your own.

What We Do

Custom Home Building

Building a home for yourself. We take your project from permit through construction to occupancy, managing trades, inspections, and scheduling so you do not have to.

Renovations

Larger scale renovation work, including structural changes, additions, and full home overhauls. We handle permitting where needed and coordinate the trades from start to finish.

Development Projects

For property owners looking to build for investment or resale, we manage duplex and multiplex development projects across Metro Vancouver. We handle the permitting, construction, and delivery of the finished units.

Our Process

Three stages, one team accountable for all of them.

Design & Permits

Our in-house architects and designers can develop the drawings for your building. We coordinate with engineers and the other professionals needed to finalize the package, then submit the permit applications to the municipality and manage the approval process.

Construction

We manage the build day to day — coordinating trades, materials, and inspections so the project stays on schedule. Throughout, we handle the accounting on your behalf and give you a clear, current view of the budget, so you get organized records without managing any bookkeeping yourself.

Occupancy

We carry the project through to final inspection and occupancy permit, so you can move in or list the finished units.
